pWATERTOWN — Gabriel Castillo, 20, Bronx, was charged by city police on Sunday morning with first-degree possession of a forged instrument, a felony, and second-degree falsifying business records and false personation, both misdemeanors. /ppPolice said he used a counterfeit $50 bill to pay for $25 worth of gasoline at Byrne Dairy, 1003 Coffeen St. /ppDuring his arrest at the Metro-Jefferson Public Safety Building, he provided officers with a false name and date of birth, police said. He was held there pending arraignment in Watertown City Court. /p
