Red Cross opening shelter for Buffalo residents impacted by flooding

BUFFALO, N.Y. (WIVB) – The American Red Cross is opening a shelter in the City of Buffalo for residents forced to evacuate or without utilities due to severe flooding.

The shelter is located at Winchester Elementary School, 650 Harlem Road. It is scheduled to stay open until 4 p.m.
