WATERTOWN — City police are alleging that a Watertown contractor failed to deliver a bathtub to a customer last week.Cameron S. Paris, 27, of 523 Curtis St., was arrested Tuesday night and charged with fourth-degree grand larceny.He is accused of cashing a $1,072.35 check for a bathtub without installing the fixture.He was released on $750 cash bail and arraigned in City Court Wednesday.
