M housing project aids Richmondville storm recovery

State and local officials broke ground Thursday for Candlewood Court, a $10 million, 40-unit affordable housing project in Richmondville that is being developed under Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s Small Project Affordable Rental Construction (SPARC) program to aid the town’s recovery from Hurricane Irene and Tropical Storm Lee.
