Constableville woman charged over 13 firearms

CONSTABLEVILLE — Lewis County Sheriff’s deputies arrested Tina M. Stackiewicz, 48, of Weiler Road, on Friday following the investigation of a reported disturbance. According to the sheriff’s report, at 7:39 a.m. July 28, deputies located 13 firearms in Ms. Stackiewicz’s residence while responding to a call of a reported argument. According to the sheriff’s office, Ms. Stackiewicz was previously convicted of a felony and is unable to lawfully possess firearms. She was charged with one count of second-degree, seven counts of third-degree, and 10 counts of fourth-degree criminal possession of a weapon.She was arraigned in New Bremen Town Court and released on her own recognizance. Deputies were assisted by state police and members of the Lewis County Probation office.
