BRACKNEY, Pa. (WBNG) — A Susquehanna County business is back open after fires in 2017 and 2018 tore through it.

The Brackney Inn reopened its doors at 2 p.m. Friday.

Everyone we spoke with was glad to see the historic inn up and running again, especially its owner.

“It’s very exciting. A lot of the people that haven’t been here in a year and a half that are walking around, looking at the whole place, are in disbelief. They said it doesn’t look like the same bar, it looks totally different,” Greg MacBlane told 12 News.

The kitchen is not fully operational quite yet, but it’s evident the bar is fully stocked.

You can check it our yourself at 769 Brackney Hill Road in Brackney.
