Mayfield, Browns bullied, battered in 38-7 loss to Steelers

PITTSBURGH (AP) — The Browns got battered in Pittsburgh, losing their 17th straight game at Heinz Field on Sunday. Baker Mayfield threw an early interception that was returned for a touchdown and set the tone for Cleveland’s lopsided loss. Mayfield was pulled at the end of the third quarter by coach Kevin Stefanski, who didn’t want his quarterback to get hurt. Mayfield was sacked four times. Stefanski, though, said Mayfield will start next week in Cincinnati as long as he’s healthy. Mayfield was limited in practice earlier this week by injured ribs.
