Fireball Cinnamon Whisky, the fifth-best-selling spirits brand in the United States, suddenly seems to have appeared in shot-sized bottles in supermarkets, which aren’t allowed to sell hard liquor. But, though the labels intentionally look almost identical, the new product is actually Fireball Cinnamon, a malt-liquor version with a lower alcohol content, permissible to sell in retail stores that carry beer.
